Living Yoga Studio was born from a longing to recapture the feeling I’ve experienced in so many special, reverent places around the world—places where devotion, awe, and freedom called me toward inner peace. In 2021, I built the Living Yoga Studio with those feelings in mind. Every decision along the way was guided by one question: “Does this evoke an experience of peace?”

What emerged is a sanctuary of sorts. Stepping inside, Living Yoga Studio feels sacred and intimate—light fills the space, openness is felt as much as it is seen, and nature ground me back home to myself.

I am grateful to see my yoga students here and share the space with other practitioners whose presence and practice I admire. Each of us offers our work independently, yet together we tend to the integrity of the space, respecting it as a container for healing. Sessions here are available with myself, Katie Parker Integrative Bodywork and Ann Sensing Sound. To browse upcoming events or register for a group meditation, please visit my events page.
