Living Yoga Studio
“Does this evoke an experience of peace?”
Living Yoga Studio was created because I was searching for a place to hold my own practice. I longed to recapture the feeling I had experienced in so many special, reverent places around the world—places where devotion, awe, and freedom called me toward inner peace. In 2021, I built the Living Yoga Studio with those feelings in mind. Every decision along the way was guided by one question:
Living Yoga Studio is a space that invites us to soften, to be held, to breathe, and to return to a state of presence.

I am grateful to see my students here, alongside two other practitioners whose presence and practice I deeply respect. Each of us offers our work independently, yet together we tend to the quiet integrity of the space, holding it as a container of healing.
Sessions here are available with myself, Katie Parker Integrative Bodywork and Ann Sensing Sound.
What emerged is a sanctuary of sorts. Stepping inside, Living Yoga Studio feels sacred and intimate—light fills the space, openness is felt as much as it is seen, and nature grounds the senses. Textures and colors wrap around you like a soft blanket, each detail curated to guide us back home to ourselves.
