Sunday Sangha is a sacred time to gather in practice, reconnect with ourselves, and remember what it is we are devoted to before stepping into the rhythm of a new week. Together, we will create space for reflection, presence, and community as we begin our week with intention. Each session will begin with an introduction to a concept, sūtra, or selected reading. We will then shift into a guided practice incorporating movement, breath, sound, and visualization. We will conclude with a period of silent meditation, offering time for reflection and stillness. The series (4 classes) will be taught around a specific focus / concept in order to deepen our learning and experience in a particular area of practice.
